Discounts available with multiple sessions.
For best results, I recommend 2 sessions per week with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

** The “111 Wholefood Recipe Program” is the basis for overall meal planning experience. Important: This is a complete (fully calculated) program in which you select a meal from each category (explained in the recipe book). All recipes are based on 1500-1800 calories daily, with a 40/30/30 split of macros (protein, carbs and fats). There are 111 recipes covering every meal you need – breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and evening treats. This book also includes delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, wholefood based and nutrient dense recipes. You can swap breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes around as you please – eating intuitively based on what you most feel like at any given time.
