Not only will I help you learn how to nourish your body, but I also help you nourish your inner self. Many of my clients have more than the average amount of “stuff” on their plates. Whether it be menopause, divorce, depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain or illness, we’ll talk intimately about your emotions and what you would like to get out of training with me.
Goal Setting Plan
All my clients receive a goal-setting consultation where we identify the actions we need to take to increase your:
- Emotional well-being
- Ability to heal
- And most importantly, your joy!
I will provide you with 1:1 support, which includes weekly phone check-ins throughout the entire process. In me, you will find more than a personal trainer. I’m also your cheerleader and confidante. When you completely lack motivation, I’ll be there to spur you on. When the challenges of menopause, relationships, poor self-esteem – or any battles you’re facing get you down – I’m here to boost your spirits and cheer you on.
