With every personalised program that I create, we start with an initial consultation and fitness assessment to learn about your goals, limitations, concerns, and everything in between. Then, I design a workout specifically for you while also including room for evolution as your fitness and strength grow over time. Best of all, all programs include solo time at my private fitness studio in the tranquil gardens of my two-acre property in Highland Park, allowing you to leverage one-on-one guidance to reach your goals. 

Strength Training

As your personal trainer, we can do strength training on a range of equipment designed for full-body resistance workouts that lead to numerous benefits. Strength training is beneficial for boosting muscle mass, improving your stamina, and enhancing your posture. It can also help with the prevention and management of osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, menopause, anxiety, and depression. It can even reverse physical and mental ageing and decrease body fat! 


For those seeking a natural boost of endorphins and more energy, I provide personal training for clients who desire cardio workouts and exercises. Together, we’ll use a wide range of fun cardio exercises that fit your specific preferences while also supporting your respiratory health and heart health. 


In our sessions, we use balance and flexibility training to develop your core strength, improve your posture, and reduce the risk of pain and injury. You can expect gentle functional movement and balance activities that will reduce muscular/joint pain and help make every day activities more comfortable.
