Incorporating exercise into your life can be the hardest part of getting healthy – but it doesn’t have to be. All you need is a plan unique to your needs, as well as someone to cheer you on and keep you accountable – that’s me.
All my programs include solo time in my private fitness studio in the tranquil gardens of my two-acre property in Highland Park. We will have an initial consultation and fitness assessment where I’ll learn about your goals, limitations, concerns, and everything in between. Then I will design a workout specifically for you that will evolve as your fitness does.
Our workouts incorporate a range of equipment for full-body resistance workouts to help boost muscle mass, improve stamina, and aid posture. Strength training can also help prevent and manage osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, menopause, anxiety and depression. It can even reverse physical and mental ageing and decrease body fat.
We use a range of fun cardio exercises that will burn fat, support your respiratory fitness, and increase your heart health. Cardio is known to increase endorphins, and this is where you’ll get your boundless energy.
We use balance and flexibility training to develop core strength, improve posture and reduce the risk of pain and injury. You can expect gentle stretching and balance activities that will reduce muscular pain and help make every day activities more comfortable.
